October 18 – Bring Your Own Book Club with the Geneva Public Library staff.

October 20 – John Young brings his musical stylings back to Empire. Erin Kelly opens the night at 8pm!

October 21 – Magic! The Gathering night with Commander play or Compete in a Set Booster Pack draft tournament ($20 for the boosters)

October 22 – Poetry Open Mic 12:30pm – 3pm.

Writing Workshop

Join GS in a workshop for writers who are serious and committed to the craft of writing. Please bring typed copies of anything you wish to workshop. Improve the quality of your craft and receive constructive feedback about form, delivery, etc. Poetry, essays, short fiction and traditional fiction accepted.

Chair Yoga

Join Certified chair yoga instructor Colleen Runner in the back room for some mindful yoga exercises while staying seated in your chair. Donations accepted for the instructor.

Craft Night

Bring your own craft to work at the shop and socialize with other crafters and get assistance from the group.

Blood on the Clocktower

7-9:30pm

Game Master Jesse will be hosting Blood on the Clocktower, a captivating social deduction game of murder, mystery, and demons. Stop in a little early if you’ve haven’t played before and Jesse will explain the game. Ages 12+ recommended. New players always welcome!

Commander Night

3rd Saturday Of the month 7-10pm

Bring your Magic: The Gathering Commander decks and play against other players. All skill levels welcome.
